What makes a print shop or print broker successful? What help did you get along the way? I know I had my mentors who helped guide me with the following helpful tips:
- Stay focused on what your business is, don’t try to be all things to all people: find a niche
- Market your business and yourself
- Encourage reviews
- Look at what the competition is doing and do it it better
- Purchase wisely, both equipment and products that you are reselling
- Get in the news if you can!
